As a researcher in digital marketing and shopping behavior, Dr. Tim M. Boettger explores how companies can inspire their customers to increase sales, change habits, and create customer loyalty. He works as an Assistant Professor at the IÉSEG School of Management in Paris. Tim has a Ph.D. in marketing, a Master’s degree in strategy and international management, and more than 10 years of consulting experience.
